Privacy overview

Kairnex Solutions LLC operates business websites and security/compliance software services for business and enterprise customers. We collect account, contact, support, billing, usage, and service-operation information to provide, secure, support, and improve our services.

Hosted SaaS products

AgentBoundary, KairnexEvidence, ExposureOps, and KeyControl are hosted business software products. Customer organizations control the workspace data, evidence, reports, snapshots, operational records, and response materials uploaded or generated in those services.

AgentBoundary stores governance metadata such as agent identities, owners, purposes, tool scopes, policy decisions, approvals, credential references, safe fingerprints, and audit records. KeyControl stores safe machine identity metadata and HMAC fingerprints for exposed secret indicators. These products are not designed to store raw API keys, passwords, cookies, private keys, raw session tokens, raw credentials, or full sensitive prompts.

EvidenceCompanion

EvidenceCompanion is the iOS and iPadOS access point for authorized KairnexEvidence workspace users. Workspace data shown in the companion app remains tied to the customer's hosted KairnexEvidence workspace and authorized account access.

KairnexXray and ShieldDesk local-first builds

KairnexXray and ShieldDesk are designed as local-first products. They do not require an account, hosted SaaS workspace, or subscription for the current release. Xray host inspection reports, sensor health output, event timelines, and response plans stay on the workstation unless the user chooses to export or share them. ShieldDesk readiness controls, evidence notes, training answers, local cases, message triage results, link check results, and report state are stored locally on the user's device unless the user chooses to export or share a report, backup, or support bundle.

KairnexXray and ShieldDesk builds do not include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. If a user voluntarily emails Kairnex Solutions for support, the email address and message contents are used to respond to the support request.

Kairnex Guardian

Kairnex Guardian is an Android scam and fraud decision assistant. The current closed test build runs local scam checks on device by default and does not request Android device permissions for the MVP scanner. If a user configures hosted analysis, scan content is sent over HTTPS to the configured Guardian API for analysis, and the API is designed not to persist raw scan content.

Guardian users should not paste passwords, one-time codes, private keys, recovery codes, full payment card numbers, or full financial account numbers into the app. Android subscriptions are processed through Google Play. A Guardian-specific privacy policy is available at /guardian/privacy.

Customer data

Customer organizations control the evidence, audit records, reports, snapshots, and operational materials uploaded or generated in the service. Kairnex acts as a service provider or processor for that customer data.

Payments

Payment card details are handled by the selected payment processor. Kairnex may receive billing contact information and limited subscription metadata needed to administer accounts.
