Kairnex Solutions LLC provides business software and related services through written orders, pilot scopes, subscription agreements, or other customer-specific terms. Product access, support obligations, and commercial terms are defined by the applicable written agreement or order.

Business use

Kairnex products, including AgentBoundary, KairnexEvidence, EvidenceCompanion, ExposureOps, KeyControl, KairnexXray, and ShieldDesk, are intended for business and enterprise security or compliance operations. Customers are responsible for authorized user access, uploaded data, local endpoint data, and use of outputs in their audit, compliance, governance, or response process.

Subscriptions

Hosted SaaS access, private deployment rights, support levels, and billing terms are defined by the applicable order form or agreement.
