Kairnex Guardian

Privacy policy

Kairnex Guardian is designed to help users review suspicious messages, links, QR destinations, invoices, payment requests, login prompts, and support requests before they act. The current Android release runs local scam and fraud checks on device by default.

Information users enter

Users may paste suspicious content into Guardian for review. Users should not paste passwords, one-time codes, private keys, recovery codes, full payment card numbers, or full financial account numbers into the app. Guardian uses submitted content to generate risk flags, recommended next actions, verification scripts, and a lightweight evidence packet.

Local analysis

Local checks run on the user device. Kairnex Guardian does not require account creation for the current closed test build, and the app does not request Android device permissions for the MVP scanner.

Optional hosted analysis

If a user configures a hosted Guardian API URL, scan content is sent over HTTPS to that API for analysis. The Guardian API is designed not to persist raw scan content. Hosted analysis is optional, and local fallback checks remain available when hosted analysis is unavailable.

Subscriptions and purchases

Google Play handles Android subscription checkout, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and localized pricing. Kairnex Guardian does not receive full payment card details from Google Play.

Advertising and analytics

The current Kairnex Guardian Android build does not include third-party advertising SDKs. If analytics or hosted account services are added later, this policy and the Google Play data safety disclosures will be updated before release.

Support requests

If a user emails Kairnex Solutions for support, the email address and message contents are used to respond to the support request. Users should not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, recovery codes, or full account numbers in support messages.
