What not to send
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, private keys, full account numbers, or payment card numbers in support requests. Redact sensitive values before sending screenshots or pasted examples.
Closed testing feedback
Useful tester feedback includes whether the scan result was understandable, whether the recommended next action was realistic, whether payment and invoice warnings were clear, and whether Google Play subscription flows opened as expected.
